Most fleible company and best customer service ever!
Timbren is an awesome company. I purchased their kit for my 6” lifted 2001 F250 and I though I was going to make it up with the available rubber spacers you can buy. I contacted them with concerns of stability on the 3/8x24 bolt that holds it all together and asked it it were possible to make a metal spacer bracket to swap out the one intended for stock height trucks. They got right back to me and had me take measurements of everything and said they would send out spacer hardware right away at no charge to me!Man I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service I received and the flexibility to work with my situation. This is an A+ company in my book.Just a note for you folks with a lifted truck, take measurements from the frame rail to the axle or peg first and email Timbren directly with what you got (picture of the measurements). Having them do it maintains the lifetime warranty on their product. You will be absolutely impressed with what they will do for you!

They work great but.........
Timbrens are awesome-sauce. They are a great option instead of actual airbags if you don't need airbags. I have done several sets on my GM 3/4 tons and they make a huge difference in sag and stability if you're pulling trailers or putting a load in the back of your pickup. I will say that we purchased a 38 foot fifth wheel and had to go with air bags instead but in the past with Timbrens I've pulled all kinds of trailers from car to livestock and put full pallets of feed in the back without squatting at all. You're probably asking yourself, "aren't these Superduty Timbrens?" Yes they are! Here is where I wanted to punch Timbren right in the baby maker for their lack of Ford instructions that could've saved me hours. This is a 45 minute job (not 4 hours like it took me) as it has been on my high powered stainless steel Duramax diesels.I put these on a 2002 F250 Powerstroke for my father in law. The factory bump stops look like you just unbolt them from the bracket and slide them out. The problem is the rubber portion is glued to a metal plate that you can't see. If you just try to loosen this the bolt turns inside the rubber bump stop but feels like you're making progress which you are not. Here is what I did after I figured this out:Drill a hole through the bumpstop parallel to the truck frame and shove a screw driver through it so you can twist off the rubber exposing the metal plate I was griping about earlier. You'll have to use your muscles as the rubber is glued on with super duper crazy glue. Once this is off, I used a reciprocating saw to cut off and remove the factory bolt. Install your Timbrens and enjoy. You can also do all of this from the outside of your truck. You don't need to get underneath. Just jack the rear up from the bumper leaving the axle hanging. This will leave ample room in the wheel well to crawl in there like a spider monkey.

Best upgrade money can buy!!!
I looked around at different options between airbags and the Timbrens. After reading reviews settled on the Timbren. Amazon shipping was fast. It took me about half an hour to install, a majority of the time just getting my tools together. I will say I did the passenger side first which for my truck is on the opposite side of the gas tank. Soooo, when it came to putting in the shim, I did because it looked like I was going to have plenty of room. Well, when I got to the driver's side, the gas tank was full and with the shim I only had about half an inch before the Timbren would hit the bumpstop. So unloaded, my truck is a bit bouncy when you can feel the suspension give way and hit the Timbrens. But loaded, the truck handles like a dream. I don't really have it that loaded as my slide-in camper is a lightweight pop-up camper and I am pretty good at balancing the trailer I tow behind. The Timbrens definitely reduced the sway so handling was much better. As for sag, I have to agree that it helped although my springs weren't all that overloaded to begin with (with the light camper) but the truck did sit a bit more level. Just completed a trip from North Carolina to Washington and it made the drive way more relaxing just with how well the truck handled. All in all a good purchase and easy install.

The Best Decision!
Timbren suspension enhancement kit was great! Perfect fit for my 2002 7.3L F250. Worry free system that added stability to the 25ft travel travel we tow. Tongue weight ranging between 800 to 1000lbs and with a full load of wood in the back, the truck was riding level. Install went smoothly, but save yourself a headache and use some WD-40 on them rusted bump stop bolts. Its best if bolts are sprayed and left over night. Once bolts removed, install takes a good 20-30min. No need to remove tire, just jack up the truck leaving the axels hanging (this gives you more room to work). Should have pulled the trigger earlier, as the timbrens made a heck of a difference going down the road.
