You Become What You Think About
You Become What You Think About by Vic Johnson, a compelling guide to the transformative power of thought, action, and emotion in shaping your life. Mr. Johnson is an international expert in goal setting and host of the popular TSTN show Goals 2 Go. He is also the Founder of TheChampionsClub.org, AsAManThinketh.net, and Goals2Go.com, This new thought/self help book was written in 2014.The book features nine engaging chapters designed to captivate readers from beginning to end, leaving no room for disappointment. Blending timeless wisdom with practical strategies, it delves into the powerful relationship between the mind and the reality it shapes. Inspired by figures such as Buddha and James Allen, the author, Johnson, presents the mind as both the farmer and the soil—where the conscious mind sows and cultivates thoughts, and the subconscious nurtures them into the outcomes of our lives. By harmonizing thought, belief, and action, readers are empowered to take control of their destiny. Here are my concluding thoughts: The book’s timeless message, “You Become What You Think About,” inspires readers to take charge of their lives, one thought at a time. Whether you seek personal growth, professional achievement, or a deeper sense of fulfillment, this book serves as an essential guide on the path to becoming your best self.Is the book memorable? Yes. Need I say more!Rating: 5 Stars

A Great Student Giving Credit Where Credit Is Due
Vic Johnson's success today is the result of him being a driven, determined student of those who came before. Combined with his own experience, Vic has made this material his own and reflects that mastery by his direct, no nonsense writing style. If you're a music fan and hear a song you LOVE By a contemporary singer, and find that the song was written decades earlier; you'll want to check out the original. Vic will also be the first to tell you that these ideas aren't new .... and, as if by coincidence, one of his earlier works reflects his thankfulness for those who taught him ..... http://www.amazon.com/Self-Help-Books-Personal-Development-ebook/dp/B0076E8C4O/ref=sr_1_10?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1405896980&sr=1-10&keywords=Vic+Johnson

Great Reference Manual
The handbook I needed to work thoroughly through "As A Man Thinketh". Highly recommend to be a constant reference manual.

Three Stars
Not the book I was expecting to receive. A small book. I read it in an hour.

We do.
We all become what we think about. That is the power of the mind and spirit. The end, beginning and all of it. I recommend this work if you have doubts about that. I do not.

Become a best case scenario in your life!
You truly become what you think about. Have positive, joyous thoughts and you will attract more joy and love in your life. Thoughts do become actions. So the more you think what you want as opposed to what you don't want, the more you will attract what you want. And be grateful for what you have will help you get even closer to your dreams. And every time you catch yourself thinking what might go wrong, just change that around by thinking "What if it goes right?"I think that sometimes we are looking for what might go wrong simply because we were raised that way. And some might argue that they are just stating reality. Well, yes, but how can you be happy when you're afraid, when the first thought in your mind is the worst-case scenario? So by changing your thoughts to the best case scenario you start changing your world to become what you think about.May you all have joy and the best case scenario in your life!

A Worthwhile and Well-Written Book
I am really enjoying this book and have already implemented several suggestions I read in it. It is also well-written with a nice flow to each chapter and topic throughout, something that is often lacking in reference books of any kind. Some of this material I did already know and was using previously, but even in this respect, I found some good reminders.I always know that a reference book is of value for me when I am continuously highlighting passages while reading along. This is certainly the case for this book. There's a lot of "added color" on the pages already! :-) I know I will come back to refer to those highlighted sections again and again.Recommended!Geraldine Helen Hartman author of: Laughing AT the Grim Reaper!
