The stove is wonderful! It is a high pressure model, so heat comes on quickly. I prefer the fact that there are 2 burner rings that are regulated separately. Paella and wok cooking is great due to the integrated grate. We have taken the stove "glamping" and it was awesome for cooking multiple items especially with a Paella pan (carbon steel, 16"). I plan to use the stove for donuts, fried calamari, and other frying products that are best done outside. The stove is cast iron, so it requires gentle handling.
