Blown away by how informative the book is, so many versatile and adaptable recipes that look so bloody delicious also!! As a fan of Finch Bakery, it was so exciting to see them involving their own equipment within the tutorials whilst still ensuring readers it’s possible without the finch bakery nozzles, scrapers etc. Most definitely the best recipe book I have ever purchased due to on the whole how easy the recipes are to follow with the detailed instructions, super useful tips and tricks, variation in the recipes like the NINE different buttercream recipe section!!!!! Also things like the heavily detailed conversion tango at the back of the book allows people globally to use this book effectively! I can’t fault the book and am looking forward to taking some inspiration and trying new recipes and techniques within my small cake business!!! I liked this book very much. Lots of good recipes and wonderful ideas for decorating
