When we've first got it I couldn't get it to work. Contact the company they ask for proof. Which is totally fine. My husband was able to jump start the battery and get it to power on. After using it for almost 2 months the battery wouldn't charge at all. Waste of money.

I had to return this battery because it wasn't keeping the charge. Actually they sent me a refund but I wasn't allowed to ship it back because of the content. It wasn't a hassle to get a refund. I just had to show proof that it wasn't holding the charge.
