Faulty product
I purchased this Hitachi AC 2 months back and since it's installation cooling was less which subsequently reduced day by day. After ,10-12 days it was throwing only normal air. I raised this issue on hitachis helpline but it's been more than a month but there is no resolution of the issue. Technician said one part of external unit is to be changed. I am reminding them almost every day but there is no support provided by Hitachi. Now summer season in on the verge of end and AC I have purchased is of no use for entire summer season. Hitachi has poor customer support the have no control over local service persons.

Very good product
This Hitachi 1 ton 3 star Split AC is worth the money.Effectively cools my 140sqft room in no time.It is noiseless and size is little bit smaller than the 2 ton / 1.5 ton unitOverall, looks perfect for a medium roomRegarding installation, i had to contact the Brand directly myself and it was completed within 24hrs of delivery.Very good installation service , total time taken 3 hours including wall drilling , etcWould definitely recommend this AC to anyone looking for 1 ton split AC .

Don't buy this AC
I was surprised that this AC doesn't come with minimum length of copper wire. We need the entire length of required copper wire at Rs.900/- per meter. It itself costed me 5400.Installation charges extra as expected.Hitachi is fooling people who purchase online. Three meters of pipe does come if we purchase it offline.Totally pathetic. Very bad experience.Within a month my AC started malfunctioning and contacting their service is hell. After several visits and fixtures they confirmed that the coil needs to be replaced.Brand new AC's coil needs to be replaced within a month. Understand the quality of product.

Pathetic Service
I purchased this AC on 15th March 2022. It broke down on 1st May 2022, I registered a complaint with Hitachi. Technicians came and were not able to resolve, I asked for replacement and it's been 23 days since then, I have registered 6-7 complaints till now and no one is bothered to contact me and resolve the issue.I thought Hitachi was a good brand but my experience has been very bad. Would not suggest to buy Hitachi. Absolutely pathetic after sales service.

It’s not been even one month AC is not working
AC went break down 2 times in first 2 months. Neither Amazon nor Hitachi taken owner ship on multiple followups amazon agreed to replace . With out customer consent mentioning we don't have the same product they have refunded the amount. Installation charges of 1200 and No cost Emi of 900 is loss for me. I have used product only for 2 weeks form that time product is break down for almost 45 days. Totally disappointed with poor service from Amazon

Bad Very Bad Hitachi Brand Product
The AC has stopped cooling in just 6 days. What is the quality of Hitachi and what is the support from Hitachi Authorised delaers. If this is the situation in a metro like Hyderabad, what would be the case in smaller towns of India. Bad Very Bad experience. The Samsung and Whirlpool Ac I have works quite well since years. So, friendly advice don't buy Hitachi- this company doesnt deserve your trust or your hard earned money.

Not Coiling from second day
I bought this AC July 2, installed July 4th. Today is JUly 7, has been observing yesterday evening that 'Not Cooling'Great Setback as AC is not Cooling. Amazon RETURN Option is not completing. Button getting disabled for specifically this Product.
