I’ve used Natural Science products for a few years now. I was excited to try an all natural supplement to help my focus, memory, clarity & ENERGY….i was not disappointed! I was a little skeptical of something which only requires one capsule, but this works! It definitely gave me energy without jitters and helped me to focus…..while I usually procrastinate & get the bare minimum done, i completed everything on my To Do list and then some! I love brain awake!!! I try to not drink a ton of coffee in the mornings, and this is the perfect supplement when I need an extra boost throughout my day. There is no crash with it either. Before a workout, it helps to get my mind clear and focused, but I wouldn’t say it necessarily works like a pre workout but that’s not what I intended to use it for anyway.I took brain awake before a full day as Disney and one again mid day and I think it definitely helped with my “stamina” throughout the day in the parks. At the end of the day I was tired (to be expected in Disney) but there was definitely no crash.This is a great product to add to your regimen if you feel you need an extra boost and a clear focused mind :)
