Not fit my Plates. because slim rod. Don't display these type of rods
I use only for home gym. But my expectation not completed. My Plates hole size is 19 mm. But this rod only 16 mm. You don't display the rod size at the time of purchase. But I read one comment, this is not fit. But I purchase. 925 rupees waste. Amazon not satisfied my expectation.

Very thin to hold
Very thin size, doesnt feels good to grip without extra grippers. The plates go dangling. The whole rod is about a thumb size thick. The curl rod feels too tight..Better get a 26 or 28mm thick as one time expense but more usable... feel like putting these back to olx
