I love this chair. The quality is excellent for the price, and it’s especially comfortable and supportive for bigger people, which can be hard to find. Assembly was pretty easy, having a second person definitely helps, but it’s manageable on your own too. The only downside is the footrest doesn’t lock in place when not in use, so if you need to tilt or move the chair, it tends to slide out. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

Very happy with this chair. It’s made for bigger people and is very sturdy. The seat cushion itself is amazingly comfortable. The double caster rubber wheels glide with ease & the hydraulics are easy to use to adjust to your liking. The vibrating pad is adjustable & I adjusted mine to the section of my back that I need it the most. Only one flaw so far, one of the arms didn’t screw on tightly & feels a little loose, but I have no problem adjusting it when needed. It’s not a deal breaker. I haven’t tried the foot rest yet but it seems to be a nice feature. The instructions were easy to follow but pay attention to the parts & washers as you assemble the chair. It also came with some spare parts which I needed because one of the screws were defective. Overall, it’s a great buy! It also arrived two days earlier than expected! Thanks Amazon!

Pros: Extremely easy to put together, adjusting the height & angle work perfectly, remains sturdy while leaning back, moves nicely.Cons: Footrest is pretty much useless & it's unfortunate because it's one of the reasons I made my purchase (Note: I'm 156lbs, 5'2), for myself the lower back massager I removed as it's very uncomfortable & doesn't really massage just makes noise & vibrates (however this might work better for someone who's heavier as they've more weight to press against it & the chair was designed for heavier people), cushion is very stiff/hard although I did just purchase it & this might change after some time of breaking it in, but in the meantime I will suggest buying a seat cushion for desk chairs.Despite the cons I would still recommend this chair probably to someone who's around its weight capacity though as I think that would make a difference to how well it's features work (aside from the footrest, I think one would have to be under 100lbs in order for it not to lean down when legs rest on it. Another brace, longer rods & a longer footrest pad might be better...or for a different type of design I would suggest maybe one that folds out rather than slides in & out... folding with a heavier material would not only add support but would be easier than having to spread ones legs to slide out & pop the pad over... I would think a larger person would struggle more so than myself even. Rework yalls footrest.

This chair is quite good, and I am glad I bought it. I use it daily as a desk chair and the lower back support and neck support are very handy. The support help making sitting more comfortable and less stress in those areas. The supports are adjustable to a degree and are held firmly in place by straps. The chair is well made with a good quality leather. I have not used the vibration yet but soon. The chair has good height and is sturdy. It leans back quite a bit, and it says it's not sturdy in that position and can tip over, but I put it back a bit (not all the way) and put my feet up and it felt sturdy. It does have a leg support for when you lean it back which slides from under the seat area. The leg support is the width of the seat and the depth of the seat almost. Thats very sturdy as well. I value the sturdiness and support from the lower back and neck support the most. It helps sitting more comfortably and not have a sore back or numb legs. I use this with an electric height adjustable table I just bought, they work excellent together. I highly recommend this product due to its sturdiness, features and quality.

Easy to put together and sturdy. Vibration on back pillow is nice. Colors are vibrant and was well packaged.

I’ve never sat at my desk because I never owned a real office/gaming chair. Since I bought this, I use it consistently and feel so comfortable while sitting in it.I love the color of it. The pink is so cute and the design is sleek but not too gaudy. The material seems to be really nice, almost like a faux leather? It’s very comfortable to the touch at least.The recline ability is INCREDIBLE! I’m 5’8” and I can almost lay a full 180 degrees back in its max recline. I was also surprised that the little lumbar pillow has a massager built in. I didn’t buy it looking for that nor did I realize it before buying it, it was a nice little surprise. Though I haven’t utilized it yet. I do wish the foot rest extended a little bit more since my feet hang off the edge quite a bit when sitting upright, but I love using it to sit cross-cross in the chair so that’s a minor complaint. The cushioning is really comfortable, compared to the mesh used in similar designs of these chairs I’ve seen.The build wasn’t too bad. The instructions were a little difficult to understand for me, being someone who loves putting things together like this.Overall I’m really happy with the price and quality of this chair. Other ones on Amazon are this price up to $200. This was such a steal comparatively, plus you get pretty colors, a nice footrest, amazing recline, great back support. Very very happy with this chair :) I hope it lasts me a long time!
