These things are amazing!
My whole life I struggled with sleep. I never realized I have insomnia. I always thought insomnia was no sleep but then I learned it’s really struggling to fall a sleep while having racing thoughts as well. I bought these out of desperation. Let me tell you these things kick butt! I take one every night and I fall a sleep within an hour! I don’t wake up groggy!

Inconsistent quality
Sometimes I get the brighter red gummies that aren't as soft. Other times, they've been dark purple and soft. Once or twice they've been stuck together and very difficult to remove from the bottle (and ended up throwing them away and replacing). I think the the purple gummies work best for me.
