Came to big in one area and not the other ..and with no button hole to button the pants !?

I ordered a L which in the chart was a US size 12. They didn't go past my knees. I gave passed them down to someone one who is a US size 5/6 didn't fit her either we passed them down to someone else who is a US size 2 and they fitted her perfectly. she liked them.

I'm 5'6" 160lbs wear size 12 and I ordered a large and couldn't pull them past my thighs. Sizing way off!!
