Inca's Food Aderezo de Pollo a la Brasa - Peruvian Chicken Marinade - 10.5 ounces

Will not duplicate the Peruvian chicken from Sardis in Maryland. But it is delicious and I would buy again.

Familiar taste; a bit expensive from this source, but prompt delivery and quality product.

Used the whole jar on just legs and breasts(just my preference), the flavor is quite strong but in a good way, I had it marinating since a day before and cooked it at 400 for around 35 minutes then flipped and gave it a couple more then broiled it. Both of my housemates and I loved it, highly recommended!

But they charging $12.00 for a small jar , supposed to be a bigger jar , they taken advantage of the product quality and sale the little jar for $12.00 is a lot , ain’t going to buy anymore, the side is ridiculous smaller.

The product came in bubble wrap. As I opened the box I realized that the product was leaking. I was like okay no problem. Then I proceeded to take the wrapper out and to my not so surprise the jar was open. It was close tightly but you can tell that it was previously open because the lid didn’t pop when I opened it. It had a funny smell as well. Nothing like the one I bought at the Spanish store. Do not purchase this item. I try to return it but the item is not eligible for return. What a scam!!

Wonderful taste. I marinated cubed chicken breast for 1 day. Cooked on low for 5 hours in slow cooker. Delicious! Even my picky eater enjoyed. Great served over steamed rice.
