A Great Rower At An Amazing Price
The media could not be loaded. I did a lot of research before finally investing in a rower and I have no regrets with picking the Dripe X. This rower seemed to encompass everything that my husband and I were looking for in a machine and, upon use, it does not disappoint! From the moment it arrived, I was impressed. Very nicely packaged and Amazon did a great job delivering such a large package right to our doorstep. It was heavy and required two people to move the box. However, once I started to assemble it, I did not need any assistance. It took me about an hour and all tools needed were included (I love that!) The directions were simple and illustrations clear. All of the pieces were included and there were no issues whatsoever with assembly. It also has wheels on the bottom making it super easy to move (I can do it with one hand)! We've had the machine for about a month and it's been fantastic. My husband and I are both avid runners so this provides a different type of workout on the days that we don't run. It's study and easy to use. I especially like the stand where I can put my tablet to watch while I workout!Whether you are a seasoned rower or just starting out, this is a great machine at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable rower that's easy to use and assemble!

This is a great machine
If you a looking for an inexpensive, but extremely functional Rowing Machine, the Dripex is it. I wanted to try rowing without breaking the bank. Wow - I was surprised on how great the machine is. It provides a great workout and is not noisey. The company stands by their product - when my machine started to make a noise, I contacted them by email. They identified the problem (a defective roller) and sent me a complete set of replacements. I use the Rowing Machine 3-4 times a week and so far feel like I'm getting a great workout. It is definitely a great value.

Better than expected
I really like this rower. It was pretty easy to put together, even by myself. It's quiet to use so you can easily watch TV or listen to music, plus it doesn't scare the cats. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there aren't any wheels on it to move it easily. Having a small space I'd like to move it out of the way but it's pretty difficult to do.

Not just quiet...it's SILENT!
I've only had this for a few days now but I'm really impressed. Only took about 30 minutes to assemble, and all the necessary tools are included. The construction is very solid, and the assembled unit is VERY sturdy. I'm 6', 185#. There's plenty of room to stretch out and get a full extension. I've used other rowing machines that were pretty loud, so I was a little concerned about the noise buying this one sightunseen. I'm happy to say this one isn't just quiet, it's almost silent. The loudest thing you'll hear is probably your own huffing-&-puffing after a few minutes. After 4 days, I can highly recommend it.

Great price
I bought the unit to get back in shape. Had the unit now for a few weeks and it’s been extremely helpful, lost 26lbs in 6 weeks. The rowing machine is quiet and sturdy. Great value for cost.

Good for casual easy rowing
Would say 3.5 out of 5Pros:- good value for money- easy to assemble- easy to move around and store- smooth rowing belt- good range of resistance if you want to focus on strengthCons:- belt is silent, but the whole plastic frame is so squeaky and loud with faster speed that I hope neighbors won’t complain on a weird noise- I have a bruise from a seat, not the most comfortable one. It’s softer than I’m used to, but still ergonomically not comfortable. But might be my personal configuration :D- feet are hard to fixate. Velcro band moving around, not making your feet secured in one place. My feet (W8) got out of food pads few times during faster rowing intervals- angle of foot pads is making it nearly impossible to have stable footing. You push with balls of your feet vs. full or heels. Majority of a rowing stroke comes from legs power, but without good footing you can’t really push properly- very basic monitor, doesn’t have one of the most important metrics that coaches usually guide on, namely “strokes per minute”To summarize. If you are looking for some casual rowing, while watching your favorite Netflix show, and not planning to do speed or endurance rowing it’s a good value for money. Do not recommend for any coached, more intense rowing.Worked good with iFIT outdoor rowing classes, as they are on a slow, steady side. Doesn’t go as well with Apple Fitness + workouts with fast intervals.

They send parts not correctly drilled, this company has no quality control
I was really excited to receive this machine after reading all the reviews. I am not a newbie to setting things up and assembling items I purchase. However after trying to get the front stabilizer arm attached to the main rowing portion I realize it WILL NEVER HAPPEN. The holes are drilled in such a way that no matter what angle I put them at it will never come together because the holes are drilled too close together! No matter sliding it up or down, the bolts will not go into the arm portion. Of course I figured upon receiving this item I figured it would go together just fine and threw away the boxes. Now I have a hundred pound paper weight and s pile of scrap metal in my garage. If they could send me a new and correctly drilled front arm that would be great. However there appears to be no product support for this item. Super bummed out and very dissatisfied.

Lasted a month
I purchased this so I could rehab a foot injury but maintain cardio. After a month of use the wheel no longer recoils the belt all the way. Effectively it is no longer useful.

Nice machine for the price.
For the price this is a solid, well engineered and manufactured piece of equipment. The packaging that the equipment was shipped in was sturdy and there was no damage or missing pieces. Assembly instructions were quite good and all tools required for assembly were supplied. Assembly is actually quite intuitive, if there is an empty hole you fill it with a bolt that has been provided and took me approximately 45 min. to complete. There is one glitch to the instructions, there are 4 bolts with spring washers, not to be confused with the lock washers that are provided for all of the bolts, the location of use for those 4 bolts is not clearly defined so I used them to secure the rear stand only because they were the last 4 bolts to be used. It was a guess and I hope I was right.I am 5ft. 11in. and find that there is plenty of length to the seat travel

Practical
Easy to store, no noise at all, practical and what I needed it. The only thing I didn’t like about it is the seat movement but not a big thing any way. Yes I recommend this product and took around 20 minutes to put together.

Nice quiet rowing machine for working out in an apartment.
The build quality is pretty decent on this Dripex rower. The parts that need to be metal are metal and the rest is the same kind of plastic you’d find on other workout equipment. The sliding seat is nearly silent and the row bar when pulled back (even with lots of torque) is quiet. You won’t be getting any noise complaints with this rower. I know everyone always recommends the concept2, but those of us with neighbours just can’t use something that loud in an apartment.Overall the tension control isn’t all that great unless you stick it in 16 (high) and leave it there. This will give you a consistent row if you’re following apple fitness+ workouts as you’ll be using somewhat the same resistance as they do with their Waterrowers.Set up was super easy as all the bolts are the same (minus to 4 for the front leg support as they are curved to fit the bend in the metal structure). The screen isn’t really useful other than the distance meter. I just leave it on that and let my Apple Watch calculate calories and intensity as it’s pretty darn good at it. I’m sure you could use a Fitbit or Garmin for similar results.

Very impressed!
We bought this machine based on the good reviews and this little rowing machine definitely lives up to them!Assembly took maybe 45 minutes. The seat is unbelievably smooth and the belt/resistance is smooth and QUIET!Very impressed! The resistance can be set low enough that our kids can have fun on it, but strong enough for the two adults trying to move more each day! ;)Highly recommend for the price!
