I bought these for some test leads for a meter. They don't go deep enough into the meter without hitting the case. Hoping the straight ones will work for me. The quality is very good with an excellent way of connecting the wire! Five stars but they just don't work for my application.

After much research I decided to purchase this brand for my knew Onkyo receiver. While I could have plugged the speaker wires directly into the connections on the receiver, I have always had issues with frayed wires in the past and general degradation in sound quality. While I don't ever have plans to move my receiver around, it is in a tight place and I do find the need to move it from time to time to add or remove components. Having the ability quickly and easily unplug the speakers has saved a great deal of time and aggravation while also preserving the quality of the wires and the system as a whole. These are very easy to use. Just unscrew, push the wire through, fan the wire out and down, then screw back together. I also bought a set of the same in the 90 degree angle model for connections to the speakers and for some of the connections to the receiver that were up against the back of the entertainment cabinet. I have had nothing superior sound quality using these connectors.
