This pillow is better than a traditional travel pillow. It makes you feel more stable and comfortable on the plane, which really helps with getting some sleep. I like that you can twist it into different shapes to support your neck or head. It’s soft, sturdy, and makes flying a lot easier. Very happy with it.

This neck pillow is considerably bigger around than appears in the pictures, which depending on the individual could be good or bad. Im rather small so its a bit much for me, but given that it can be "twisted" allows for several different ways it can be used. I think with time the memory foam will conform better, and i also realize i need to use it for awhile and adapt. Needless to say its very firm, yet still soft enough. The covering is so much better than I imagined , i was afraid it was going to be that slick polyester,instead its more like a super soft cotton t shirt material which is great for sleep, wont get sweaty and itchy! Ive been using it while I wrote this and already it has conformed to my neck! And its rather warm in here yet it isnt making me sweat, feels very breathable! Given the quality of the foam, the material and ability to adjust it to your living makes this a very good buy! I may end up getting another to use at my back/side as im a side sleeper in a lift chair and only around 80 lbs. I have to stuff pillows everywhere for support! I spent days looking at and considering many neck pillows and this is the one i chose and im glad!

The foam itself... it is memory foam, but it doesn't remember much. But that's fine. It's still very comfortable foam. You'll probably mostly use it in a U-shape. I do. And that may make the malleable shape seem like a gimmick, but it's not a gimmick. It's very good. The fact that it holds its shape adds a lot for the support of the pillow, much like what you're hoping a large premium memory foam pillow will do. Once it's behind my head, I press my head into "the spot" to make the armature form to hug my head how I want it. What that spot is, will be slightly different for each person. You'll notice that it still makes a U shape, but with some small differences that are important. Your variant on the U will probably be different from mine, depending on where on your head you place it. And even if used just as the classic U, the armature adds some much-needed support that other travel pillows don't have. I have to use it unfastened, or else I can't get it into the spot that I want. I really wish it was longer; part of the support, at least in how I use it, comes from the shoulders, and it needs more length to utilize that to the fullest potential. I'm glad I saw another of the reviews with images. Kudos to them for warning us that it could break easily. Better not twist it, or bend it too sharply. I notice that the outer surface of the foam gets pulled very tight when the core is bent. That's not a good thing. Hopefully, with some extra care, it will last a good long time. Cutting a sausage comes to mind. When you bend a sausage, bends a little, until the tension overcomes the case, and it splits into two pieces. But if you put many shallow cuts into the sausage, then you can bend it quite a lot without it breaking. Perhaps some day, I'll get a second one, and try putting some shallow cuts in the foam to see if that prevents the foam from snapping apart. Maybe they'll even sell one like that, by the time I come back for another. My experience with the kind of foam that's inside of it, is that you shouldn't expose it to heat and you should keep it away from chemicals. And of course, keep it away from moisture and dirt, because the foam is porous and will trap it inside to become a bio hazard. Little ball joint armatures... assuming that's what this uses, will tend to wear out and get loose after a few years. So, that's another reason to be nice to it. If it doesn't break or wear out too fast, then this may be my pillow of choice for the rest of my life. Unless they make a longer one. Then, I'll buy that one every time I need a new one, and I'll be happy about it. I'm happy that I bought this pillow.

Very comfortable, especially compared to traditional neck pillows. I prefer to wear it in front. I love the way it twists as I want it to. Cover is soft and is removeable for washing Highly recommend.

Why I Bought It: So many great reviews had me convinced this would be my perfect travel pillow. What I Liked: It bends and twists nicely, so you can shape it how you want. Memory foam feels decent. What I Didn’t Love: Clunky and awkward to carry. The snap didn’t stay closed, so attaching it to my bag was pointless. Takes up way too much space for what it is. Who It’s For: Maybe fine if you don’t mind carrying extra bulk — but not great for light packers. Bottom Line: It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t worth the space it took. I’ll keep looking.

I was skeptical about using tjis on tjhe airplane and was delightfully amazed. Firm but not to big. Soft and supportive. It also has a snap that holds your neck just right so you can sleep and not wake with a stiff neck. Impressive design and kept me cool thought my rest on the plan. Great buy.

My favorite airplane pillow I have ever owned! I have tried many over the years (out of desperation of trying to avoid the dreaded head bobbing when you try to sleep on a plane). My friend had this and I immediately shipped one to my house so I would have it for my upcoming trip. I can tell you — it’s perfect, I love how you can mold it how you need it, it’s so soft, fits your neck so well and is easy to clip on you backpack or something when you are traveling. Also thank goodness the outside is removable and washable! Travel can feel so gross sometimes I was glad to wash it!

The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the wire can in this pillow can be a little annoying and noisy at first. Otherwise, it's super comfortable to lay with and flexible.

Very comfortable and helped with my neck pain. I use it every night now. I just wish we were able to purchase more covers so I didn't have to leave it uncovered while the cover was in the wash

I haven't used it to travel yet but I'm confident it will be great. The pillow feels soft and comfortable but still holds it's shape perfectly. I have neck issues and can't sleep on regular hotel pillows but with this I can use it with a hotel pillows and leave behind the bulky pillow I usually have to bring everywhere.

I love this traveling pillow because it can be band in every direction, the cover can be easily taken off for washing and put back easily. It's light, and small
