Q: Do the “fine” sized needles work with worsted weight yarn?

The short answer is Yes however if you have fuzzies on the yarn you may have to moisten your fingers to work with it. I can attest from experience these punch needles work as well as other name brand punch needles in the fine and larger size needles, I would advise using a wood conditioner of your choice on the handles as they are somewhat dry when they arrive. Quite happy with this purchase.

Q: Does this have a 2.2mm needle?

No. The 2.2mm is for thinner yarn. These are for bulky #5 and super bulky #6 yarn. I can get away with a Aran or thick worsted weight #4 yarn with the fine needle, but the 2.2mm uses fingering weight yarn #1.
