i like that it feels moisturizing ( i would still put a leave in under this). the smell is my favorite , i do wish it had a little more hold but the product is great

I have searched and used many dread products but this is simply the BEST! It holds tight without caking up, it helps lock, it moisturizes, it smells great.For BEGINNERS I recommend rubbing it into the lock by palm rolling then using a crochet hook to tighten the lock. It’s a time consuming process but mine have held since day one using this product. I have used gels, waxed and other lock products but NOTHING compares to the ease of use of this product and the texture and smell is perfect! I wash my hair every couple of days because I like to and I simply reapply after a good scrub and re lock my stray ends with a hook. Half of my hair is synthetic and this holds well on my natural hair and my synthetic.

This is a good product and I will recommend to anybody and it’s not sticking and I will be starting my Loc Journey tomorrow using this oh and I had post pictures of the ingredients because they didn’t have it uploaded.

Really like this product. I've used several different brands for my husband's dreads. His roots don't hold well so we kept searching for a product that worked. I like this one because it's really the best we've found. First of all, it holds his twists longer than any other brand we've used. It doesn't leave flakes in in his hair after it dries and it smells pretty good.

Love the night scent and lack of tackiness. Not too heavy on my locs. Only complaint is that it didn't hold well after workouts or if my hair got wet.Update: 5/2020 So I'm upgrading my review. I originally wasn't happy that the cream didn't seem to hold well. I think I wasn't initially using enough, and my locs were fairly new. Now that I've been loc'd for almost a year I get much better results.

The top was broken and I glad it didn’t dry out disappointed been with you guys for years

If you have straight or small curls it may work... But i have natural large thick wavy curls and this stuff did not hold the twist my curls bounced back even after it dried

This product does great on my locs. I have tried other locing gel but this one is by far the best and does not flake. I will continue to use this brand for when I need to retwist my locs.
