Great product for the price
For the price and what came with it (including the mouse and keyboard) it was an awesome deal. I’ve had it about 3 months now and I couldn’tve more happy. The only complaint was the box was messed up a good bit. But everything inside was in perfect condition.

Pretty solid
The CPU was reaching 100° C within the first week of having it and it literally stopped turning on and doesn’t work anymore. If you’re looking for a prebuilt that lasts longer than a week I would keep searching, but besides that the PC is a pretty good deal 🤙.

Great when it works
Right off the bat, I noticed that games didn't run quite right off of the included M.2 drive. They'd pause every 10 seconds or so for a second at a time. Installing to an alternate drive worked around this, so I just carried on.About 6 months in, the average temperature starting to climb, until the system wouldn't run anymore. Turns out that part of the CPU cooler that held the screws in had cracked, so the cooler wasn't held tight to the chip. Getting a new cooler was less expensive than the shipping for an RMA (and turn around time is measured in weeks/months), so I just replaced it.About 13 months in, windows itself was giving me problems, never working on first boot, and other assorted oddities. After a few days of this, Windows wouldn't even load. I suspected issues with the M.2 drive again, but it passed all diagnostics. Reinstallation of Windows seemed to work.Just under 2 years in, and windows starts acting up again. Reinstallation didn't help this time, and pretty soon it was obvious that the M.2 drive was the cause. A replacement drive has everything working great now, but it looks like I've lost everything on the original drive. Apparently, the Swordfish drive controller is ca-ca.

A Game Changer
This computer is a real game changer the RTX/DLSS technology are incredible tools for stunning graphics and incredible fps. The best components make the best system that’s why MSI is the best choice. I would definitely highly recommend this system!

Great until it bricks
I had a great time with this until it started crashing repeatedly, after only 5 days of gentle use. Now it fails to even restart, won't recognize any input; it's nonresponsive. I can't know if it's a quality control issue or something in shipping, but what a huge disappointment.
