This is a horrible waste of money and a dangerous toy. My small 20 pound dog played with it for 10 minutes and the plastic was so sharp after he chewed on it that it cut his mouth up badly. He was bleeding everywhere. And there doesn’t seem to be an option to contact the seller for a refund. I can only get a refund if I return it unused.

Note - after posting a negative review of this toy, I’ve received the following email offering to pay me $40 to remove it! This hard oblong ball bangs up and down then races across the floor until it bangs into the wall, then it does it all over again. This is not soft-sided. If you have solid surfaced floors and live in a multi-level building with downstairs neighbors, they'll hate this thing. If you don't like them, this is a perfect tool to drive them insane. Plus, my dog was terrified of it. He ran away from it the way he runs from the vacuum. (It's not noisy itself, until it starts jumping up and down on the floor or smacking into things.) If you don't have neighbors and don't mind being startled when it smacks into walls (and everything else) and have a braver dog, maybe the dog would find this an interesting thing to chase around. Does not hold a charge. I charged it for a couple hours and it worked for about 5 minutes. Then I charged it overnight and it worked for about 3 minutes before dying. Do not recommend. Save your money. I will be returning.

My corgi is having a blast with the Cherbie ball. It's great because he can have fun playing with this when your not around. It has 3 levels of intensity to help your dog get used to it. Truly interactive, and unlike it's knock off competition, if it rolls into trouble, it will reverse direction and get out! On most active level, ball would roll, bounce and pause while your dog gets a drink! As soon as he touches it, the game is back on! Charge seems to last a full afternoon of playing or many days if not in use. Charges quickly. This is one toy that is worth the money and does what it says. Don't be fooled by knock off competition, my daughter did and all it did was roll around with LEDs. If it went under something, it was stuck till it died. The outer skin can be replaced if your pooch gets to aggressive for around $9.00

I really like this ball! Our dog has figured out that if he holds it in his feet he can lick at the treat we smudged into the little bone shaped hole. But when it gets loose he really enjoys chasing it! He has to be in the right mood though, just like with any toy or game. If your dog seems unsure of the toy at first, make it fun for you too! We put a treat in the end of it for the first day when he seemed unsure, even somewhat afraid of it. We tossed it between us, let him see it, smell it, bounce and roll against the wall back and forth - that it was harmless. Now, he pounces on it like any of his favorite chews and toys.I wouldn't say he's a super chewer/destructive type dog, but he can definitely be pretty hard on the gnawing. It's held up quite well so far. Only stipulation we have is that the battery on the thing doesn't last super long. 30-60 minutes depending on what setting it's on and how much he triggers the sensor.All in all, I dont often leave reviews but this one called for it. After searching for so long for something, this turned out perfect for indoor play on these 105° Texas summer days.
