I absolutely love this kit but it is definetly on the more advanced side. There is a lot of light wiring and some of the wooden pieces are very delicate to try to remove . That being said the end result is beautiful plus most of the smaller paper type items were precut making it much easier. It's a unique build, not many if any others are similar. Will take a while but worth it for a beautiful end result.

I love this miniature house it is exactly as pictured. I purchased this for myself for my birthday and I'm very happy that I did. It is so much fun. It is very tedious work, good quality, no missing parts, everything has to be put together separately which is time consuming but worth it when you see what you have created. I'm half way though building it. And looking for my next one to build. Will definitely be purchasing lots more.

I enjoyed assembling it, and most of it looks good, but there were two drawbacks. The spiral stair rail is a sticker and looks crummy next to all the rest of the kit. Also the dust cover is impossible to assemble. I tried regular glue, it came apart when I removed the tape that held it for the glue to dry. Then I tried super glue, which made a huge mess and ruined it. If it had notches & slots it would be easy to assemble, but it's just plexiglass rectangles.

LOVED THIS!!! This is the first book nook/diorama I have done that has 2 floors. Took me a while to put it all together, all the sushi pieces took a while. Quality is good, instructions were pretty clear, and everything worked/all pieced were included, with some extra too. I did get the one with the music box too and it really adds to it! I gave this as a gift to someone who lived in Japan for a while and she loved it!

Great project for someone that doesn’t mind cutting out and gluing 1 billion things unfortunately I wasn’t able to finish it because pieces got thrown away before I could finish it which really made me mad because it is very time-consuming. It definitely is worth the money for the time that you get out of it building it because you literally have to cut and do every little thing so it will take you a long time to do if you don’t have patience for that I wouldn’t recommend it, but it was missing the glue and some of the instructions were hard to follow Overall, I probably would not repurchase just because it is kind of cheap quality. I did break a few of the miniature pieces popping them out of the frames, but not bad for someone who has a lot of time on their hands is light handed and doesn’t mind having 1 million pieces that they have to cut and paste and just so you know when it says to stick it in the manual that means you have to cut it out and glue it. There is no sticking if you don’t make sticking a thing lol good luck.

I was expecting to get a clear piano but Instead I got wood. how is the light supposed to shine through wood? Completely useless. I bought this specific set bc I thought the paino was cool. Even the book shows it clear, I'm not sure why I was given wood. I am very upset to say the least. Also set does not come with glue. Would not buy again.

This was my first mini build & it was great! Directions took a second to figure out, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy!! Already bought another one to start when I'm finished with this one lol

I love these little houses, they are so much fun. I purchased this for myself because I enjoy feeling like a kid all over. The best part is that these are more adult friendly than kid friendly.
