My husband loves these,!
Bluetooth ear buds that you'll never lose. He uses these with his phone listening to radio and when watching TV. Ordered him a second set yesterday so one can always be charged. Great choice at this great price and I have peace and quiet. Win, win!

Returned unsatisfied
Found the sound quality to be satisfactory. Call quality reports from callers were mediocre to muffled and inadequate for use. Buttons are hard with little detectable feedback to inform whether you've activated a feature. Do not appreciate the power button, prefer a switch. Less than satisfied with the limited number of controls/ control functionality and their respective laggy response times.Wires are robust and continually made contact with face. Others of this type do not have such robust sheathing or simply a more flexible sheathing material as this is the first time with this issue having tested most of the Bluetooth neckbands produced since the general design debuted.Ear buds gradually cause ear fatigue and discomfort. Not to an extreme as some but not ideal either. Variably sized ear inserts did not alleviate the concern effectively.Battery port is in an inconvenient location easily snagged by clothand fingers as one operates the controls.Does not stay positioned on the neck: Slides from side to side though the material is intended to hold lightly to flesh, it is simply not shaped adequately though overall balance seems suitable.Awkward attempting to join the ear buds together magnetically without directly viewing.Too pricey for such a technologically limited and performance lacking device.Anker's Soundcore Life U2 is a far superior product for a reasonable price at $42.00 @ the time of review submission rather than the near $60.00 these cost.

Still looking for a Samsung U Flex replacement
The Samsung U Flex are the best casual neckband I've found so far, but they are discontinued. I've found that the new old stock have battery life issues and crackling in the earphones. On the downside, they aren't waterproof, and heavy sweating can kill them.On to the Philips:Pro side: They add waterproofness and the sound quality is fine (mainly listening to podcasts and ebooks). They are comfortable to wear -- I have a large neck and they don't strangle me.Con side: The largest cushions were a little small to seal well, but they have a standard connector and I swapped for ones I liked better. I'd estimate the range to be about 2/3 of the U Flex, so I start breaking up when across the house or out to the car when I leave my phone on the charger. It doesn't have an Active Key, so you can't trigger Bixby or other assistants. There's no app to monitor battery or adjust the sound settings.
