Plug and play with excellent customer service!
I received the start x on time, came new in a sealed box. I installed said starter as per instruction and video. Start x wouldn’t work. Truck still functioned fine. I contacted tech support after hours and they tried to help as best they could. Ended up sending me a replacement module. Thank you for sending out the replacement unit! I installed it, programmed it, and tested it! I was so happy when it worked! It’s awesome! Thanks again for all the awesome after hours support! Just amazing to say the least! BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, VROOM!
Just installed this a few weeks ago as it was getting tiresome running out to start the truck to warm it up during the long winter season in Alaska. Even though I have OLDMANITIS, I easily installed this in my Toyota truck! I hope, knock on wood, it's going to be one of those things I count on to last for years.
