150 Best of the Best Loft Ideas Hardcover – June 21, 2016

I recently moved into a loft and needed inspiration on how to best place furniture and plants. This book -- even though it caters to people who live in HUGE, EXPENSIVE lofts -- had some great ideas for the kinds of furniture, art and plants that look best in a loft kind of home. Plus the book is very thick so it has a lot of different photos that should inspire everyone.

Very inspirational!

I didn't care for the interior design of the lofts in this book; none of them inspired me. They were very polished and many were European modern interiors To me a loft needs to show a bit of its grungy past, imperfection should be embraced as it adds character. Also some of the lofts in this book were new construction, which to me does not count. I personally prefer a mixture of industrial / mid-century and boho interior design elements in a loft conversion. Some of the interiors in this book were too sterile, not what comes to mind when you think of loft living.
