They're a great little platform for cheese of any kind.

This is a very delicate cracker, with barely any flavor, so much like a regular cracker but it is Gluten Free! How amazing to put cheese on this cracker and taste the full flavor of the cheese, and have a delicate crunch! Delicious and delightful! My friends do not even know that these are GF, thoroughly enjoying them, til they see me eat one! I constantly order to these to always have for eating and serving to friends. Wish I could buy some in small packets to take my crackers to restaurants; however, they do fit nicely into a Snack Size zip top baggie.

I used to be able to eat regular crackers, so I know when a gluten free cracker tastes like the real thing. After 20 years of eating crackers that were merely palatable, I stumbled across these. I immediately ordered 6 boxes. They’re terrific!

My entire family loves these crackers and only one person is gluten free. We can't find them in our local Albertson's store, so we are buying on line. We have never had a problem with any breakage because of packaging.
