easy to put together, looks nice and comfortable to sit in , vibrator and heat works great, my 96 year old mom loves it. electric movement of chair is easy to do and smooth .recommend to anyone .

It was easy enough to assemble. The boxes had been damaged and heavily retapped but the contents were fine.

This is a very handsom chair, but still compact enough to fit a small space! We love it!

The only disappointment was the massage was more of an annoying hum, BUT the heat works really well.

Only 2 things I like color and the massage feature. This chair is uncomfortable and too small for most adults. This was a mistake purchasing this chair.

The directions are quite easy to follow. Might be easier to assemble with 2 people though. The chair is so comfortable. Fabric is so soft and has a luxurious feel. Wish we had bought it sooner.

I really liked the chair but I had to send it back because it's a lift chair and they are not allowed in the nursing home because of liability reasons. Other than that it was a beautiful chair

After having surgery, I was confined to sleeping while sitting upright. I couldn't do that in my bed, so I had to purchase a recliner. For what it's worth, it's relatively sufficient as a foster bed. It had a minor glitch that was immediately resolved by the seller. Trust that the company will be on your side from day one if you have any issues. I had to sleep on this recliner for over a month now, and any issues with its performance is the least of my concerns thanks to the company Bingtoo. I still rather be in bed, but this will do for now.
