Beautiful game, easy to learn, fun
The main component of the game is a deck of cards with beautiful dream-like images. The basic idea is that the player whose turn it is (the “storyteller”) selects a card from his hand and tries to describe it in such a way that some, but not all, of the other players will be able to guess which card it is. This makes for very interesting dynamics as the players try to give clues referring to experiences, books, movies, etc. that they have in common with some players but not others. The rules and components are well thought out and keep the game moving along and make score keeping easy. Very entertaining for friends and family.

Dixit is amazing!
Dixit is great and really fun! It is worth the money and involves a lot of strategy, which is what makes it fun. But even though it involves a lot of strategy, it isn't hard! My seven-year-old and my ten-year-old were able to play it just fine... they even won a few times. Dixit, in my opinion, is great for five-year-olds and up! That's how simple it is--but also not too simple that it gets boring. (Sorry if I'm not making sense right now.)You might want to buy an extra pack of Dixit cards, which is what we did, because or else you run out of ideas for Dixit hints. Otherwise, perfect game in every way!

Fun an great pics
Fun game. Host titles their picture and places it down. Everyone else places down a pic. Then the host places all pics for all to see. The rest of the group guess which one is the hosts pic. People get points when selected. Most points at end wins. Pictures are great and a great conversation piece. Easy game to play for a peaceful game night when you want to have conversation.

Whimsical game with good replayability
We purchased this game mainly because we loved the art style, and now it has become one of our favorite go-to game for our family game nights. The rules are very easy to understand, but winning is not that easy! The rules are:- everybody gets 6 cards, a voting token, a bunny;- when it's someone's turn, they become the storyteller ;- the storyteller decides on one of their cards, finds a clue (word/quote/sentence) that represents said card ;- other players each find a card in their hand that they believe matches the best the given clue and give that card to the storyteller ;- the storyteller then shuffles the cards and places them on the board where there are numbered slots ;- each player (storyteller included), uses the voting token to vote for which card they believe is the storyteller card ;- points are counted, rabbits move forward on the board, the next player becomes the storyteller ;- first bunny to finish the board wins! The catch is... the storyteller doesn't want everyone to find their card! The points are counted as follow:- everyone finds the storyteller's card: no points for the storyteller, everyone else moves 2 spaces ;- no one finds the storyteller's card: no points for the storyteller, everyone else moves 2 spaces ;- some players (not all) finds the storyteller's card: storyteller moves 3 spaces, and players who got their cards voted on also moves 3 spaces. The game is a balance in finding the right clue to make your card be found while trying to make the clue relevant to other player's cards, throwing off some players, but not all.

Beautiful game, arrived with one card damaged
This is a great game. I’d love for there to be a way to replace the one bad card in it. Returning a gift specifically bought for use during Christmas vacation would be awkward.

Super-easy to learn and play.
Great game! It took almost no time for three generations to learn the simple rules and start enjoying the game. The ease of learning and remembering the rules sets this game apart from other board games where most of the first few playthroughs ends up being spent reading and re-reading the instructions. We all had fun. The game encourages players to use their imaginations rather than just focusing on rules, strategy and planning. Big thumbs up!
