Just received and assembled this birdbath and I am very impressed with the overall quality, design, & construction. Even the plastic threads to assemble it were spot on. I am very happy & now I await the birds.

Good bird bath. It’s made of light resin. Easy assembly. Looks good. Very light. The bird is a bit weird. Looks more like an eagle or vulture.

Looks like metal but it’s plastic. Pretty sturdy too. I filled the base with rocks to weight it down. I also put some larger rocks in the bowl for birds to stand on.

Purchased this Alpine product and was pleased with it. Initially, i thought that 31" would look very small but it was perfect for the yard. The color is perfect for a garden or anywhere outside. The item is lightweight but does look heavy duty from far away. You can use sand or gravel to weigh the base down. Inserting stakes in the ground will prevent it from falling over due to wind, animals, etc. Purchasing a solar bird bath fountain will really make these Alpine fountains look beautiful. I will say that the detachable bird should have been a different color to make it look more realistic. You can also insert real or artificial flowers at the base of the bath for an added touch. Beware, it will kill that small area of grass and you will need to do some occasional weed wacking around it. The bath is very easy to clean. I have to fill the bath approximately 2 to 3 times per day because all the birds flock to my home with this bath, a bath fountain, a feeder, nectar feeder, etc. I use a 1 gallon water jug to refill it. I only returned this item because i found the same Alpine bath from a different online retailer and only paid $12. It was also bronze to match my outdoor decor and looked very expensive. I only unboxed this item but i never used it. Im giving my opinion based off of my use with installing the new one of the same brand but different color.

I really love the design and color, but it cracked after the winter. I sealed the leak, and I still have it.

I really like this bird bath. It is in the aviary for the lovebirds. Several of them will land there for a drink or for a quick splash.

I bought this for a gift. It's antique green. It was easy to assemble. The bowl is not as deep as I would have liked, but it will do. I took 1 star off because the bowl is not level. I'm sure my friend can make it work on her garden. All in all. I like it.
