I bought my saw used and never had the primer bulb cap for it. The saw starts and runs so much better now, I think the hose from the cap to the carb was pulling vacuum because it wasn’t hooked up before I got the right cap. Works great for my homelite XL

Nipple broke off after 1 day
Nipple broke off after one day and now the actual threaded part of the cap has cracked.

Waste of money
The cap did not include a gasket. Fortunately we could use the old one. The cap fit well and the chainsaw ran well. The very next day the cap had fallen off and was in pieces on the garage floor. Very unhappy with this product.
