The product was well liked and easy to use. I especially liked the ease of use being a pocket edition

I am a Pediatrician and purchased this product so I would be able to check my children’s ears at home for infection. The light quality is so poor that I can barely see any expected landmarks in the ear. Too late to return but very surprising since it’s supposed to be a Welch Allyn product. I’m a little suspicious of authenticity since I received the product directly from Mumbai, India.

As a retired physician, I am using this otoscope for my family. It worked well a month ago, but when I went to resuse it it was dead. I put in new batteries and still no light. I think I need a new bulb, but can't find out how to order it. Thanks

Easy use, lightweight and very accurate. Great magnification.

I am a medical student and was only able to use this for 4 weeks before the light died. Changing batteries didn't work, so I assume it is the light bulb. The view on it is very blurry and it is hard to determine landmarks and even see the membrane clearly. Would never buy this again.

It arrived later than expected. Great Otoscope from Welch Allyn. Good value for the money.

Worked well for the first two months and now it’s just not working. I did not drop or damage it to cause this problem
