Delicious whole wheat option
Opened some today and was very happily surprised by the flavor and texture. A lot of whole wheat pastas are hard to cook properly - they're either too aldente or they turn too mushy. These are great and the texture was spot on. Barely noticed they're whole wheat. Expensive, but totally worth the splurge and so much better for your heart! :)
