Product arrived damaged, shipping box ok so was packed broken. Very disappointed with hassle now

Coffee table bolts too long and bust tabletop. Poor engineering.

Putting this together should have been simple, but the heads of the bolts are so soft, they all got stripped. I can’t get them screwed in anymore than in the photos. I’ll have to take them out with pliers and buy some real bolts. Other than that, it’s pretty stylish, but I’ll be adding a bench seat for comfort.*Update on the coffee table* One of the bolts to secure the top to the legs was too long. It came out the top of the table and cracked it open. I had to unscrew it a bit to fix it. I’ll need some wood glue to get it to stay down.

This is a great product for the value. It’s pretty decent quality and fairly simple to assemble. The wood is lightweight but sturdy and again, well crafted for the price you pay. It took about an hour or so to put all three pieces together (bench and two chairs) and the directions were easy to follow. The wood is pretty dry coming out of the box so I piled with beeswax and will probably do a few more coats to help it stand up to the weather. If purchased you should definitely plan on sealing this with a product of your choice or else I don’t see it lasting very long before warping and cracking if you live in a rainy or humid climate.

Purchased this for my booth at an expo. Finally opened it to put it together and one leg is completely destroyed. I'm not able to fix it. Absolutely livid. Do not buy.

I recieved the bench but did not receive the matching table that I paid for!

This isn't the priciest thing in the world, so I didn't expect something great, but 700 bucks isn't nothing and the chairs take hours and hours to put together and the bolts get stripped and they are very difficult to get back out. I am almost out of one of the bolt sizes with four chairs to go.Looks like others have this problem as well. Too bad. Summation: Junkie.
