I'm more than pleased with this Wantek phone headset! Nothing but 'pros' - no 'cons' whatsoever.I use the headset with a Panasonic cordless phone.First, the band fitting over my head is adjustable, and comfortable - important as both business and personal conversations can be quite long.The earpiece is easy on my ears, and, it's attractive and nicely padded.The mouthpiece is easily moved to the perfect, workable spot.The 5-foot cord is a sane, functional length - too long and the cord would be cumbersome.That cord by the way is a good size and weight - and it's a sturdy cord, built to last.Using the headset, phone conversations are crystal clear. I hear others perfectly, and they hear me perfectly as well.That's the idea, of course - efficient communication!Too - let me mention that with the headset, connections with cell phones - which can be irregular - do improve.The volume control and the mute switch, both located on the cord, work very well.Another plus is that the cord plug fits snugly into the phone jack. That's not always the case with headsets.This headset is a fine, life-improving device. Worth every penny.

Ear piece is comfortable. I can hear everything very clearly. The only thing I am not sure of is the headset in the pic is not what was sent to me: the cord with the volume and the button that you can use to answer the call, that piece is different and also does not work. The volume control works, but not the "on/off" switch to answer and hang up calls.

These are truly fine headphones. They work well with my AT&T business phone. The sound is really great. It is loud and clear and I can adjust it well or mute it. These headphones are exactly as pictured. They are very comfortable, the cushion around the ear is very well made and the item on the other side feels nice and soft and keeps the headphones in place, so they don’t slip. The loop around the head seems like a plastic covered metal, it is pleasant to touch, not just cold metal. The shipping was super fast. I highly recommend.

I have only had this a couple weeks. The key feature is that it blocks out noise that is often heard through other headsets. I had a Plantronics headset with a portable phone. I could always hear static & background noise. It was hard to hear the other person. This headset connects to my Panasonic handset, which makes calls easier with the larger number pad. It is comfortable on the ear so can be worn all day. Another great feature is the volume / mute button on the cord. It is within easy reach and works well to control the flux between dial tone and conversation. So far, fingers crossed, it is working great.

Pro points-This is a light, comfortable headset. Earmuff is small but sufficient. Sound is very good, bot ways.The one con point is the microphone tube. While you can swivel it up and down, there is no other adjustment. I found the microphone tended to contact my lips! You cannot extend it or change the angle. It doesn't bend, the tube is a very rigid material, not thermoplastic. I tried heat to reform it (I'm in the plastics business) but that doesn't work well with this material.. Finally used a combination of heat (as much as I dared) and an overnight clamping to reduce the slight curve in the mic arm, and got the end to back away. That's not something a buyer wants to do, nor should have to do.That's the only complaint, but it's significant.

Bought this headset to replace the original one that came with my old Plantronics CT14. Used as a desk phone. These phones are not made anymore, so I had to get something with a 2.5 mm jack.Well, this little headset makes all the difference in the world. I can hear so much better, and I can use my phone anytime I want, because it works great. Don’t let the price point fool you, this is a quality piece of equipment. Five stars, and I would definitely buy it again.

Updated as of 7/13/2025 -- This has fully failed. I am not a heavy user of a headset, but use it when I need to talk for over 10 minutes. I can hear people with the headset, but the mic doesn't work now. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!Updated as of October 2024 -- Wire near the jack that goes into the phone is now shorting out. I've been using it daily. The swivel for the ear piece turns in so the microphone boom is touching your mouth. This is a complete piece of junk and I need to find something else. DO NOT PURCHASE.... Original review in March 2024: I was truly thinking that this was going to be a great replacement for a 2.5mm jack DECT wireless landline phone. Volume does better than the name brand Panasonic that I replaced, but the mic boom is in the way if I drink from a cup, it is not flexible and seems to close to my mouth. The adjustable piece on the head doesn't stay in place so I am constantly readjusting where it is on my head and... I never thought I would say this... the cord is too long and doesn't stay secured in the wireless landline phone (it keeps popping out). I'm not sure where all these positive reviews come from. It is too expensive for what was sent.
