Answering your question, yes it means atomic time keeping and also means the same thing as "Multiband 6". This means the watch at midnight will activate it's internal Low-Band radio receiver and receives the transmission from one of several ground-based transmitter sites around the world that are transmitting the atomic clock synchronization signal.

The name of Casio Radio Control is Multiband 6 . Multiband 6 are US , Euro , China , and Japan area . Unfortunately , Australia is out of the area .
