There aree betterproducts out there.
It is very salty.. Might be a good idea to keep it in some cold water to defrost so that it loses some of its saltiness as well.. Can possibly be used in scrambled eggs, pizza or salad without adding any more salt to balance it out... Difficult to have it in sandwiches with cheese and lettuce as the salt content spoils the taste
