Yes, you can rotate the light bar and adjust the irradiation angle at approx. 90 degree, ensure the light only shine on the keyboard.

Does it block laptop camera?

I guess it would depend on where you placed it. The light hangs over the lid, so if you place it in the middle of the screen, it probably would block the camera. My laptop camera is at the bottom of the screen, so I don't have a problem.

Will light shine on the screen, causing a reflective effect?
