Gave it a go, but I felt that this bloated and upset my tummy. Did not contribute to any type of weight or inch loss whatsoever; maybe even did the opposite, actually.

First of all I wouldn't recomend this product at all. for many reasons1- I felt depressed. I am a very normal person and I have no issue2- doesn't give you an energy at all3- doesnt' realy reduce your apetite.Don't take it

*Free sample provided for evaluation and review.*These are a red and white capsule that is not too big- it's about the size of a standard Tylenol cap or most herb capsules. They have 125mg of Forskolin in them per capsule, and the serving size says one. They are made in the USA. The bottle is really nice, and it's easy to read. I've tried 3 different Forskolin brands now, and this is by far the nicest packaging. However, some other brands offer 250mg/capsule which is twice this amount. The average daily dose has not been established though.These are made in the USA. There are 60 capsules per bottle.I like Forskolin, and have been taking 2 of these, not 1, as I was used to the 250mg dose. They are comparable to the other brands I've tried. Forskolin in general seems to give me a bit more energy. When I started taking it, I researched it and found there were some studies showing it helped some men lose weight. I'm not a man, but I seem to eat a bit less when I take these. Not much, but a bit, and every bit helps. Other than that, I can't tell I take them - they don't make me FEEL anything really, and there's no side effects or GI effects. I can't even taste them.

I feel so much more energetic. Not sure if it's the pills that helped me lose weight, or the fact that I have decided to change me personal habits, but I will give Forskolin the benefit of the doubt.
