Very light taste (in a 33 oz water bottle), so you could actually toss this in another flavored water beverage. Helps sleep and leg cramps. Mixes quickly and easily!

I use this nightly and notice a difference with my sleep (for the better). The only thing I noticed is sometimes a capsule or two open and that makes them unusable and powder residue gets on the other ones.
