I was having trouble getting myself to relax and I was looking for natural ways to help clam my body & mind. I saw Ashley post about this product on Instagram, after reading up on it I decided to try it out. I'm on my fourth bottle. If you have issues with relaxing, want to get a better night's sleep, and be more calm, this is perfect for you.

The safety seal under the lid came off when I opened the lid. Theoretically the external, plastic safety seal should keep me somewhat safe but it would be possible for the lid to come loose and contaminants to make it inside the bottle. The magnesium itself seems decent but a good seal is always important, far more so during a pandemic.

Effective against leg cramps and easy to swallow. The only magnesium pill I've tried that doesn't smell and taste like wet rocks.

I tried this product to help calm my muscle and nerve and to help sleep better, however, it did not help all those. I have adverse reaction or experienced abnormal. I would have a legs cramp in the morning which I never have that before taking this supplements, it did not help relax my muscle and nerve, and did not help me to better sleep either. therefore, it is not working for me. Will return it.

Real good Glycinate. Improvement in the frequency I was getting migraines. Good product!
