This is a great converter for the price. Only issue I had was with picking up some of the local channels, but I was able to receive dozens of other channels.

These converter boxes are not known for their exacting quality control with functionality.
Unlike the original unit I once had before (a CB-100, which completely failed one day without warning), this one sorta works if you have the patience to sort out its quirks. The main quirk is that the screen freezes up after about 5-10 minutes of use after booting. When that happens you have to press the double opposing arrows button directly below the CC button. Then it usually recovers and returns to full functionality if you never shut it down. If you do, the cycle will be repeated after the next reboot. Any other corrective measure attempts can result in an ear shattering wailing siren sound.
