The product is overall good, the seller had the cup shipped to us earlier than I was expecting, which was great. Bought this for my girls to give to their dad for his birthday back in April 2021, its now December 2021 and the black coloring is coming off of the mug. So while it says dishwasher safe, I'd maybe avoid the dishwasher, and make sure it doesn't clatter against other mugs in the cabinet.

Certainly the mug or coffee cup, could be the most hasted gift in America, but not when you put a name on it. Personalized coffee cup to my brother MacGyver is genious.

The lettering is incredible... They have a great way for the lettering... They are perfect... And they printed the phrase I put on order had perfect spelling... I would recommend them to anyone... It would be even better if you could choose a different font...
