It does feel comfortable on your back, but I felt some of the North Face practicality was sacrificed for looks in the design of this backpack—the pockets are functional but not as helpful as you want them to be.

This is a nice backpack that is perfect for carrying items to work, traveling, and outdoor day activities. I was looking for a backpack that was small and thin enough to use as a personal item when traveling internationally and could be used for work or as a daypack. This is perfect. I can fit a soft shell jacket, snacks, water bottle, 15in gaming laptop, 11in iPad Pro, keys, wallet, and passport in this bag. It is kind of maxed out at that point. I could probably squeeze another snack or two, headphones and chargers in there but that’s it. But it’s perfect for what I need and should be small enough for some of the more restrictive airlines. I feel comfortable I can fit my lunch and work items in this bag too. The fit is fantastic it hugs your back nicely and is very sleek. The straps are very comfortable. They are thin and would not be suitable for a really heavy load, but it would be hard to make the bag too heavy. I would also feel comfortable mtn biking with this. It will make a great daypack. You could probably use this for college if you mostly just bring a laptop or iPad to class. It would probably be too small for a high school student though. Also the water bottle in the photo is probably as big as you can go. You really have to force it in the pocket to fit. It’s just a 20oz bottle. But overall it’s a perfect daypack, commuter and travel bag.

The front pocket it useless. The side pockets are too small to place anything in them, sunglasses for example, without risk of damaging the effects items. Poor design.

Backup overall good but the color was horrible not true to picture
