6 weeks in - One candle has completely stopped working. Return window is closed so Yinuo Light is out of the picture. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they have agreed to send me a replacement set. I am certian that there will be no more chanced for these candles to be replaced or returned. The candles sure look pretty, but you will have to decide for yourself if they are worth 4 attempts within 6 weeks time to get three candles to work at the same time. Thanks to Amazon customer service, the day was saved.Update: The defective switch I thought was no big deal, caused the batteries to die as the switch never really went to the off position. I contacted the seller and, unbelievably, had a new set the next day. I am impressed by the speed in which this was handled and the ease of the transaction. The flameless candles are beautiful and the customer service is stellar. Changed to five star rating to reflect the look and function of the candles and also the great customer service.Real Wax Glass Shell Flickering Moving Flame candles look really great and are a perfect solution to the problem I had with other flameless candles. Other flameless candles with a wax coating tend to melt when we have a fire burning. With the glass shell I haven't experienced that problem. The candles have a remote that works well with differnt timing options. One of the three candles has a defect with the switch so that "off" is "on", and I never know if the timer function is in use until the other 2 candles will go off and the defective one will stay on. That is a minor annoyance because the candles are within reach and I can manually switch it off, but would really be bothersome if I depended on the switch to control candles on a high shelf. The candles look good and solve the melting problem.

I'm so pleased with these candles, that I ordered a second set. Luckily, they're all plastic. I was worried that the outside container would be heavy glass, but it's plastic. Just remember, the plastic candle holder will scratch easily though. The plastic candler holder does have some tiny imperfections, such as minor scratches, but they're hard to see. But the fake flame, does move back and forth, to resemble a flickering flame. The LED light is very bright and the candle base inside, does light too. It takes 3 AAA batteries. And you need all candles together, to use the remote in order to set the timers initially. But then you can move them around the house, after that first setting.

I bought these candles on the recommendation of a friend, who once has a close call with fire from a burning wax candle. I always use real candles, because so far, I had only seen flameless versions in white plastic. If you love real candles, these are the best next thing. They are made of real glass, animated & look every bit real. I like that they come with a remote control. The are packaged perfectly, & I am considering buying another set as a gift.

Wow! I like these candles! The color blends great with my decor. I placed one on each side of the fireplace inside a clear glass flower vase with decretive stones in the bottom of the vase. The shortest third one I placed on a dry bar inside a candle holder. These have a great light quality - intensity and flicker effects. The remote is another thoughtful feature to dim and turn the lights on/off. It’s added a new ambiance to the family room. One candle didn’t flicker, but it was an easy fix. I noticed a thin string of clear glue attached to the flame. One I removed the excess glue the flicker movement resumed.

I ordered 2 sets of these. The candles are very pretty and realistic looking but eats batteries like crazy. For $60 for 6 of them, i figured they would be of better quality. I used several times within a month and a half, and they died. So i replaced all 18 aaa batteries, used them 2 times for like 2 hours, and 2 weeks later i go to turn them on and 2 of them are dead again! Im not going to keep replacing aaa batteries every few weeks especially since i barely turn them on.. that will get very expensive in itself. So i guess i just wasted $60 plus the cost of 36 aaa batteries for a product that barely works the way its supposed to!

Fantastic quality. They shine and glow! And the glass is very reflective with the extra mercury tinting so it adds to that warm look. Remote has some nice functions on it. What I really like is that the wax portion doesn’t have that delineation where you can see the shadow of the battery pack that sometimes shows through on cheaper LED candles. This flame is an amber color.

Ive had to have my order replaced 3 times because one or two in the box didn't work. I finally just got my money refunded instead of getting another box. UPDATE: After not using the ones I kept for several months, most of them are already dead. I would not buy this product again.

I expected these to be glass; they are plastic but you cannot tell the difference unless you touch them. I like them better than the much more expensive ones that I had seen in stores. The amber tint adds a beautiful ambience and timer and remote work seamlessly. Also, the flickering flame shines through the 'glass'.
