I’m writing this review to help those still unsure if these are the pots for them. I was really nervous when I bought these pans as they are a significant investment. I always read the worst reviews first and then read the better reviews. I’m not sure that’s the best approach but because some thought these weren’t the best, I thought for a bit before I purchased. Then I read outside reviews, from cooking magazines, consumer reports, etc and that made me take the plunge. Just so you know, I kept the boxes for an entire month without throwing them away in case I had to return. Then I used them for 6 weeks before I’m writing this review. So you know this is a well thought out and informed review.All that to say, these pans are wonderful. I think people just aren’t cooking with them as instructed. I had never cooked on just low to medium heat so not sure I would like that or it would take too long. The reality is it takes very little additional time because the pans conduct heat so efficiently. I use only silicon tools and hand wash with just a paper towel and dish soap, then hand dry. I store them with the pot protector felt pads that came with the set, as well as additional ones I purchased to make sure pots were protected.The reality is these pots cook like a dream, are easy to clean, nothing has stuck in them and zero chipping or scratching. I’ve used them in the oven and on the stove. I’m sure eventually they will show signs of use, as all well used cooking utensils do, but right now they look good as new.So if you’re still undecided, as long as you use them and care for them as instructed, it’s well worth the investment. love these pans, theyre magic. They heat evenly. Using silicon tools keeps them in excellent condition with no scratching. A simple wipe with a paper towel completely cleans them, and then a quick rinse with soapy water and then clear water. Beautiful, keeps cooking simple and quick.

I was initially thrilled with my purchase of the GreenPan Reserve 10-piece cookware set from Amazon in 2024. The design is beautiful, and I was drawn to the promise of healthy. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. After few use, some of the pieces developed chips along their edges—despite me following all care instructions, including hand washing and storing the pans with protective cloths in between.When I reached out to GreenPan’s customer service, I hoped for a fair resolution under their warranty, I was told the damage was due to “normal wear and tear” and not covered. Even after explaining that the chipping happened immediately and demonstrating that I had taken proper care, my claim was dismissed. It’s frustrating to invest so much in a product marketed for its quality and durability, only to have it fail so soon. I won’t be purchasing from GreenPan again. It is not worth the money.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this one is frustrating. The large saute pan showed up very dented.Worked on getting a replacement to no avail.Only option is to return the entire set, which would work but I've used the pans and immediately threw away the packaging. My fault there. As an Amazon seller myself I figured it would be easy to get a replacement.Reached out to Greenpan and they gave me a phone number to call but it was just some marketing number trying to give me a free old person alert device for if I fall.Very frustrated with the customer service here (or lack there of). I've owned a lot of greenpans and have liked them, but probably switching brands now. Good pans. Terrible customer service.EDIT; Not related to my review, but moments after the review I got an email back finally from Greenpan (about a week after) and they're sending me replacement. Love the pans and glad to know they're replacing the damaged pan.

To start the new year I wanted to get rid of unhealthy non-stick pans. I did my homework on ceramic pans and it was between these and caraway. These had a better price point but still pretty expensive,so I asked Santa for these.I inspected them fully when I got them to make sure no damage, they were completely scratch free when received. I put them away in a silicone covered rack and even used felt so the lids wouldn't scratch the pans.They are really pretty, very easy to clean which is what I was looking for, but THEY SCRATCH SO EASILY. I have had them a grand total of 21 days from delivery. I have only used silicone utensils in them, I even donated all our non-silicone utensils so that there would be no user error. The first 3 pics are of the smallest saucepan which I only just used today for the first time.As you can see it has scratches both around the mouth where the lid sits, and inside the actual saucepan (4th pic is to show bottom has no singe marks, first use for this pan). All of the other pans that came in this set have similar scratches after 3 WEEKS OF USE.
