Doesn't fit Boye
I have the Boye set in my photo. Granted, it's 20+ years old and a newer set may be different, but this circular cable will not fit the needles. Beware of the advice that it will.

Great Quality Interchangeable Cables
These cables are very flexible and the threaded connectors are good quality. I especially like the end caps--they have a metal insert so they thread very securely onto the cable. I've had the plastic kind unscrew and fall off. The cables fit all my interchangeable needles by Knitter's Pride, but I like them a lot better. Color coding by size would be a nice feature, since all the ones I've bought so far in different sizes are all the same green. All in all, a very good value.

You're better off using magic loop than buying the 16" cord.
Although many reviews complain that it is not 16 inches, that isnt how 16 inch circulars work. It's essentially 9 inches plus how long your needles are which makes it 16 - if you measure any other 16" circular, it will be the same. These are.......okay. I suppose. Honestly if you're looking to knit a hat or anything smaller - just get with cords above 16 inches so you can either do magic loop or just stretch the hat a bit. It is VERY hard to pick up stitches and you're just better off without these. It may be a bit hard to see in the pictures I've provided, but you have to actively "stretch" the cord. You will also have to awkwardly hold your needles when picking up stitches because the needles are so close to one another. Unless you're packing stitches onto it, you will be stretching your project. The needles knit picks provides are simply too long for the 16" cord to be comfortable - however if your needles are smaller than 4 inches, I think it would be much better (my bamboo needles are 3.5 each and the cord is 9 inches long. It works perfectly fine.)It is better to just use the magic loop method with longer circulars than to use these 16".

Not 40 inches
I measured mine because it seemed a little short and sure enough, it was only 37 inches. I will be returning this as I need 40 inches for my project. If you want to buy this, I recommend buying one size up just in case. Im not sure if this is a rare manufacturing issue or if they are all short.

WRONG SIZE
Ordered 32" received 23" checked upon arrival due to previos bad reviews and sure enough, WRONG! Even with needles attached it did not reach the correct length since I use short needles from Knit Piks!

Usable, but not great.
Item came with kinks that I cannot get out no matter how often or long I soak the cable. I The join between the cable and the connector is a little scratchy, too. Overall, usable, but not great.

Interchangeable Circular Knitting Needle Cable
These go with the needles I ordered from Knit Picks, and are the perfect size! I'm learning to knit a cowl for myself for Christmas. Now I can get started! Fast delivery and great packaging...couldn't ask for better service!

Best interchangeables on the market in my opinion.
Perfect for 'magic loop' knitting. Cord is flexible. 'Join' to needles is perfectly smooth. Amazon's price is double what Knit Picks is charging, however shipping is free (prime) on Amazon and Amazon is the better deal because Knit Picks offers free shipping ONLY on orders over $$$.I would have spent more money ordering from Knit Picks due to shipping rates....

Very convenient.
This cable is so handy to hold stitches until I’m ready to complete the article. The buttons on the end stay secure.
