Tips work well. Had to be tinned first to stop solder build up.

Not great...doesn't fit correctly in Weller WP model soldering irons. UPDATED: DO NOT BUY
The positive aspects about this tip is that the price is about the cost for a single Weller tip and they are solid body tips identical to the OE Weller design. However, the negative is these tips are not identical to the OE design and that makes them unusable for me. These tips lack the tapered shoulder that is necessary for the retention nut to hold the tip firmly within the iron. It will move around in the barrel making it useless for very tight clearances when soldering. I will upload a few pics or a vid to illustrate this issue. Sadly this could be an amazing value if the tips were just designed to fit the Weller models the seller IGREAT specifies.Follow Up: DO NOT BUY-GarbageAside from the fact that these tips do not fit the Weller models as stated, these are terrible and I will be returning. You can not tin the tip as one would typically do before and after use. It may appear to be a bargain for the price but it is absolutely unusable.
