Tried a self tanner for the first time and always thought I'd look orange or something. This one is awesome!! Looks so natural in my opinion. The after photo doesn't do it justice. Smell isn't bad either. Make sure you get a self tanning glove, and have an old towel under your legs while you spray them. Love love love it!!

I've used this tanner in the liquid gel-type form for several years but had never tried the spray version so thought I'd give it a shot.First of all, a great tip - I ALWAYS USE GLOVES to apply this tanner or my palms will darken immediately and I have to use baking soda and soap to scrub it off.The spray version goes on much thinner but absorbs more quickly and doesn't streak. I have to be careful to rub continuously until it's about dry, or it will leave edges or small tan marks where it wasn't smoothed out enough. Outside of that, it's still the best tanner around.I think I even prefer the spray for its convenient application and faster drying time. I've used other tanners but this one creates the exact color my actual tan used to be back in the olden days of misspent youth.

Usually order the ultra dark. Sent the medium color— still works. Just ONLY order the lotion NOT the mist spray!

This is my first time using a tanning solution. For 20 + years I have used lotions, mousses, and gels (mostly Sun Labs lotion). This product by far provides the best results out of anything I have used before!This product is messy and if you know that going into it you can better prepare and will be happier in the end. During application I was very frustrated in the mess and overspray. The day after when I saw complete results I thought....I can figure this out and deal with the mess! No streaks, no heavy scent, no darkened build up at joints (knees, ankles and elbows), a very natural looking, a real olive tan, NOT ORANGE, that is buildable. Here are my suggestions that have worked best for me in my first week of trying. Exfoliate, do not change out spray head, theirs works best, apply in shower or in bathroom with a towel laid down, spray directly to your mitt and not on your body, do not lather it on, build over a two to three day period, then lotion as usual to maintain over the longest period possible. This product is worth trying. Because the solution is thin in consistency you do not streak in places the skin folds. Best part is it does not smell like you've stepped out of sweaty tanning salon and you won't look like it either. The color is so natural you look olive in complexion naturally and not orange and fake!

bought the least darkest tanner from them and it is way too dark!! NO LIKE ! please refund our money!!!

Was really excited about the color and then as I was waiting the the product would not dry on my skin. it was sticky and wet, an hour went by and finally I had to put my clothes back on but it is super sticky and does not dry well. Really bummed because I loved the golden color but I do not have hours to sit there naked waiting for it to dry. I didn’t even put a thick coat on it was very light coat because I was already pretty tan from the sun.

I’ll update this review if something goes south but so far I LOVE THIS TANNER! I’m red hair, fair skin and never can achieve a natural tan. Even some of the best tanners still turn me orange since I have nearly translucent skin. I was using flawless fake bake for a long time and I thought nothing could ever compare, but then they doubled the price on it and this one was cheaper with the same great reviews. Plus, unlike flawless, you can actually return this if you don’t like it. I took a chance and I’m very happy I did. It smells way better than anything else I’ve tried (like almond coconut), really strong when you first spray it but the smell fades quickly. No gross tan smell though which is so nice! It gives you color immediately and then darkens more a few hours later. Dries super fast (maybe 5-10ish minutes with one coat). I only needed one coat sprayed evenly to get the color I liked.The mitt it comes with is way better than any I’ve had before. It has a waterproof type lining in it so your hand won’t get stained if inside the mitt. Again, compared to flawless tanner, you had to wear a plastic glove and then put the mitt on overtop of it. So this is much better, it’s better quality and helps spread the tanner really well.I’ve yet to see how easily it washes off. That was one thing I didn’t like about flawless was that it wouldn’t last if you took a shower, it all came off. I’ll let you know how long lasting this one is, so far it at least hasn’t washed of when washing my hands.Really reallllllly happy with this tanner!!!!!!UPDATE:I’ve been using this for almost a year now and still love this spray tan the best. I’be found it to be one of the only tanners that my face doesn’t break out in and it looks the most natural. It unfortunately isnt long lasting though so if you take a shower it’s mostly all going down the drain.

1. Compared to what shade I was originally it made a huge difference. Am I nice dark golden tan? No it would take me a couple more layers of application or maybe trying the dark shade. I am very pale but this gave me a nice subtle glow.2. No streaks, no orange, no dark blotches around the ankles and other areas. This is the first tanner I've tried that hasn't given me dark areas.3. The applicator isn't the greatest. It kind of spits out larger amounts instead of a fine mist. After a couple seconds this was hard to blend out. After the first couple of sprays I found it easier to spray directly on my tanning mitt instead of myself.4. My biggest thing is the smell. I don't think it's possible to find a self tanner without that fake self tan smell. Coming out of the bottle it's a subtle fresh scent. The next day it's not a noticeable self tanner smell, you would have to be very up close and personal to even tell it's there and it's light.Overall this is an affordable good self tanner.
