Cook them or sprout them...yumm good!
I had never heard of Adzuki beans before. I sprouted the first batch, and they were wonderful to toss into salads. I put them into a refrigerator dish as soon as they softened up and showed a tiny sprout. They tasted just like raw green peas. Slightly soft and chewy. Plus, they are wonderful for you! Will try them cooked next. This brand of beans is good quality and very clean. Try them...packed with nutrients!

Excellent protein choice with good taste
Great organic beans, excellent with rice. These are next to impossible to find where I live so Iโm happy to find them here on Amazon. You hardly need to worry about finding debris in the bags, they are very clean
