Yikes
I remember plugging this thing in and going to look for the sd card I wanted to insert. I came back no more than 10 minutes later to smell heated plastic. I checked the side of my laptop and felt around only to snatch my hand away. This thing heated up to the point I was afraid it would either start to melt or catch fire.I've never experienced this problem before. It startled me to be honest. I returned it ASAP.

An exellent product!
Works very well, wasn't too expensive, came on time, and... has a really cool hinged micro/standard USB port. It's got a nice textured aluminum housing. Was compatable with my phone. I am highly satisfied with this product.

As a non techie, I couldn't get it to work. Look for a techie's review for accuracy
I couldn't get it to work on any of my media devices.Perhaps my mix n match odd assortment of different brands an OS was the problem. All I know it didn't work for my needs - could be fine for others.

It is cheap and the idea is good but this product is a total rip off
this is total junk!. Was not sent new. I tried in three computers. Was not recognized in any. It is cheap and the idea is good but this product is a total rip off! Amazon should be ashamed at selling this product. I am returning it and it looked like others had returned the same one before, they sell used junk they doesn't work. Save your money, it's a rip off!

This thing is great. Helpful if you own a dslr or several raspberry pi's so you can edit and view pictures or programs on your phone on-the-go.
