It delivered what it claimed
Have a long time fan of the show Cook’s country and American test kitchen . It was on the recommendation that I purchased a dish. In addition I purchased their cookbook as well. That way I have apples and apples so to speak. Clear, instructions, and concise time for cooking . It’s not that other cookbooks aren’t available, but the recipes were designed for the unit I purchased, This is really really great for a novice cook such as myself. My wife is impressed and the food is pretty tasty. it’s perfect for cooking for two I found clean up easy., and the directions on how to use unit straightforward.

great information
This is a great book. The recipes are gourmet. You can size down if desired and just do the main entree.I use this a lot. The new flavors presented are a wonderful addition to healthy dieting.

Few Plant-Based Recipes, But the Ones Included Are Delicious
I pre-ordered this book, since I've been pretty satisfied with my other ATK cookbooks. Since this one is titled 'healthy' and since I'm a vegetarian, I was hoping for more vegetable main dish recipes, so a bit disappointed to find only five, with the other vegetable recipes being sides. That said, I made the White Bean and Mushroom Gratin, and the Roasted Butternut Squash Salad--both were delicious. If you can eat eggs, the breakfast section has some items that can be used for heartier meals. I tried the excellent Baked Eggs with Smoky Zucchini, Red Pepper and Bread Hash (using all egg whites). Also the Egg in a Hole with Tomato, Avocado and Herb Salad. The salad part didn't use the air fryer. And the egg in a hole part could have been cooked more easily and quickly in a frying pan on the stove IMHO. Still, it was quite tasty. For sides I've made the Roasted Delicata Squash twice now. Mmmm! And for company I plan to make the Ricotta Tartlets with Tomato-Basil Topping. All-in-all, very tasty but not enough useable recipes for me.

Simple Guilt-free meals
This book is excellent for simple, guilt-free meals in an air fryer. Steak and frites is my favorite.

America's Test Kitchen Air Fryer Cookbooks don't preheat
Healthy recipes, looks appealing; calories & nutritional information included; many recipes have accompanying sides; more salad based recipes than their Perfection cookbookVendor was speedy & wrapped book well. Thank you

Expected better....
I have been a fan of the America's Test Kitchen series for the past 10 years. Given the high quality of the series, I pre-ordered this book and expected more. After a very brief review of the book, my two initial reactions concerned the table of contents and the index. There was no consolidated table of contents, although there were entries at the beginning of each chapter. A quick inspection of index for some ingredients had no reference to them (of course, I could look them up on-line, and did so.)While I have other air fryer cookbooks which also have these same kinds of problems, I had hoped this book would be better. On a more positive note, there seemed to be more than a few very interesting recipes, so I'm looking forward to trying them out.

Great recipes! Worth the purchase price.
This is the third air fryer cookbook we have tried. It is the only one with more than recipe to try. We have made 4 recipes in 4 days. All good. All easy to follow instructions. Buy this book.

Not the best offering from ATK
I should have looked at this book more closely. It's very meat heavy with very few veggie recipes. I love ATK but this book isn't a winner for me. I bought the second one too and it's just the same. Very meat heavy. Disappointing.
