I have been using this supplement for several months now especially when I’m in a cutting phase, you need to follow the instructions and only take the recommended dose, I’ve had no problems and can honestly say it does help me to loose excess pounds but you need to be putting the work in as well they are not diet pills they work alongside a clean diet and regular exercise would recommend

Easy to swallow. Helps keep me going during the morning when practising intermittent fasting.As it contains a good amount of caffeine it means I don't crave my morning coffee which would result in me breaking my fast.They also contain other ingredients that are known for their fat burning properties. I haven't noticed any jitters or an increased heart rate that would cause me any concern.Noticed a small amount of weight loss so far - they aren't a miracle pill, a good diet and exercise it also required so don't expect to lose weight with just these alone!

i dont do caffine in drinks, so these made me very jittery. Theyre quite a big fill and you need to take several. Dont take too late or you may not sleep. They probably do increase your motabilism, but they werent for me.

A basic fat burner that is much safer than the more extreme chemical options. Mostly made with caffeine the fat burner will give you a charge that will get you moving and keep you moving for a while... you won't have a mad come down off it but there is a standard caffeine crash! that is never fun but it is not as bad as it could be.Will help you burn calories and it will help to suppress your appetite too.

I've been taking these supplements, whilst lightly dieting and exercising - there is no odour or strong aftertaste so consumption wise everything is pleasant, These supplements don't wade of hunger, rather are most effective with a decrease in total caloric intake. Overall, I'm satisfied and haven't experienced any negative side-effects, in the one month since initially taking them.

Had been taking it for a month now and I’ve gotta say it’s a big deal for me. I feel stronger at the gym. Can go the extra mile most days. It’s absolutely worth it in my opinion. Great value for money I would say

I didn't use this item after reading the bottle I put in for a return as I can't have caffeine. There was a lot of warnings so figured give it a miss.
